I prefer bedfordstmartins.com because it only gives instructions for how to cite and does not do it for the students.  However, it does not indent the second and following lines in the example, so it is teaching the students to do the citations incorrectly.  If I taught freshmen, I might be more inclined to use one of the other citation guides that does the citations format for the students.  My students are aware of these sites without my encouragement and have used them in the past.
